Age Limit
- Clerical Cadre: 20 to 28 years (as of January 1, 2025)
- Subordinate Cadre: 18 to 24 years (as of January 1, 2025)

Educational Qualifications
- Customer Service Associate (Clerical): Graduation degree from a recognized university
- Office Assistant (Subordinate): Class 12th pass certificate from a recognized board
Sports Qualification (Hockey)
- Represented your State or Country in National or International hockey competitions.
- Represented your University in Inter-University tournaments organized by the Inter-University Sports Boards.
- Represented your State School Teams in National Sports or Games for schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation.
- Received National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.
